Speech-Language Pathologist | Linthicum

We’re looking for a full-time SLP to join our Linthicum team. This is a salaried W-2 role with a flexible schedule, including the option for two teletherapy afternoons or evenings each week.

Full-time SLPs have at least 25% of their schedule reserved for documentation, planning, and collaboration. Starting salary is $77,500 for an independently licensed SLP. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 120 hours of accrued PTO per year, and a retirement match.

Occupational Therapist | Linthicum 

We’re looking for an experienced pediatric OT to help build occupational therapy services at Play & Thrive. You’ll have room to shape the program and collaborate with our speech-language pathologists as it grows. We’re seeking someone comfortable practicing independently who shares our child-led, family-centered approach.
